You may return the product you have received within (7) days from the delivery date, provided that the packaging has not been opened, the product has not been used, and there is no possibility of deterioration. Before returning the product, please send an email to iletisim@argekip.com stating your reason for return along with your invoice number and order number.
Your refund amount will be returned without any deduction, excluding shipping costs incurred by the seller. Shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the buyer.
Products to be returned must be in their original packaging and box. Products with opened packaging, that have been used, or that have been damaged due to customer fault will not be accepted for return.
Products damaged during shipping should not be accepted, and a damage report must be filed with the shipping company. Our store is responsible for products that are not accepted, and damaged products will be replaced free of charge.
Our store's responsibility ends once a damaged product has been accepted. Therefore, please carefully inspect your products upon courier delivery.
For defective products that are not detected at the time of delivery but become apparent during use, please send an email to iletisim@argekip.com describing the defects along with your invoice and order numbers. If deemed necessary, the product will be sent to you via courier.
Once the returned product reaches us and is confirmed to be defective, a replacement will be sent within 30 days at the latest. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
