BUYER: The consumer who purchases under this Agreement.
This Agreement regulates the terms and conditions regarding the sale of products ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER's website.
The basic features, price, and payment method of the products offered for sale are published on the website at the time of order. Products are shipped via courier within the specified period after order confirmation.
The BUYER declares that they have read and accepted the product descriptions, terms of use, and privacy policy on the website. The SELLER is obliged to deliver the ordered product complete and undamaged.
Products are delivered to the BUYER within a maximum of 30 business days after order confirmation. The shipping period and delivery address are specified at the time of order. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for delays during delivery if not at fault.
In distance sales agreements, the BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the delivery of the product, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a written notification to iletisim@argekip.com.
Payments may be made via credit card or bank transfer through the website. Credit card payments are processed through the iyzico security infrastructure. All payments are in Turkish Lira (TRY).
